1. Services Provided

Websites by Graeme provides website design, setup, domain registration assistance, website hosting, and monthly maintenance services.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Website Build Packages: Prices for website projects (e.g., £399 Starter Package) are agreed upon prior to project commencement. A non-refundable deposit may be required before design work begins.

• Monthly Care & Hosting Plans: Monthly subscriptions (e.g., £15/month) cover hosting, software security updates, backups, and minor content edits.

• Payment Terms: Monthly plans are billed in advance. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

3. Client Responsibilities & Intellectual Property

• Content Supply: The client is responsible for supplying all necessary text, images, logos, and information in a timely manner.

• Ownership: Upon full payment of all build fees, the client owns the copyright to the bespoke text and graphic design elements of their website.

• Third-Party Themes & Plugins: WordPress core files, third-party themes, and plugins remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses.

4. Monthly Care Plans & Cancellations

• Care plans operate on a month-to-month basis.

• Clients may cancel their hosting/care plan with 30 days’ written notice.

• If hosting is canceled, the client is responsible for transferring their site to a new server or paying a migration fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

• While we maintain regular backups and security updates, Websites by Graeme is not liable for indirect losses, revenue loss, or downtime caused by third-party hosting failures, domain registrar issues, or external cyberattacks.
